| Darrell, 27, sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burns on his job as a Memphis Fireman. Injuries resulted in amputation of fingers just proximal of the middle joint (PIP), skin grafts to forehead, right calf and right upper extremity and hand. He is currently in the program and plans to return to fighting fires. |
| His program includes weight training, treadmill with a 15-lb backpack, stretching exercises, climbing ladders and stairs, in addition to precision functions. |
